FAQ's

When will my basket be shipped?

All US and International gifts are shipped within 24 hours or sooner. during the normal working day of the week for the country concerned. Unless a specific future date is required as per the order form.  During peak times of the year, i.e. Christmas, Chinese New year, the date may need to be adjusted, but if in doubt please contact us.

Are the baskets exactly as shown in the pictures?

Your basket will closely resemble that in the picture, usually only an occasional switch of container is needed but one closely matching would be chosen.  Contents would only be changed for freshness or seasonal restrictions, as in pure chocolate in the Summer months. All exchanges would be to the same value and high standard.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely. We are happy to discuss with you your requirements.  Kindly call 001 781 562 0558 or use the contact form for us to contact you directly.

What if I am not happy with the gift?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you or your recipient is not happy, we will replace at no charge. All we would ask is that you contact us immediately, or if the package arrives damaged, that pictures can be taken and forwarded to us as soon as possible for the delivery claim service.

How will my gift be shipped?

We use UPS ground, and tracking will be sent to you by e mail. If needed quicker, we can use their expedited services, at an additional cost.

Can I order multiple gifts at one time?

In this instance it would be better to contact us directly so that we can arrange for the details of each gift to be sent by e mail or over the phone.

Can any gift be shipped to an International destination?

Due to prohibitive shipping charges, customs issues and delays, we would not be able to ship our gift baskets to alternate countries.
